How Often Can I Get My Kit Shipped to Me?

After receiving your introductory kit, you may adjust your auto-delivery frequency to suit your individual usage. You can schedule your subsequent kit to ship every 4 to 20 weeks. We'll ship you a new kit every 12 weeks if you don't change your shipment interval. It's entirely up to you. Call us at 1-800-725-0785 to manage your shipment schedule.

Can I Add Items to My Next Shipment or Purchase My Favorite Items Individually?

Yes. After receiving your introductory kit, you can change your kit anytime. Simply call customer service at 1-800-725-0785 or chat with us so we can find the kit that is right for you. You can always purchase individual items and if you want the products immediately, you can let the customer care expert know you'd like to ship now. They will happily ship the item to you immediately or send you the entire kit.

How do I return my products?

With our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the return process is straightforward. Simply return the product(s), even if empty, within 60 days of receipt, for a full refund of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). We suggest that you obtain a Certificate of Mailing from your post office and keep it for your records until your refund appears in your account. We'll always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Once the returned products have been received in our system, we'll credit your account for the price of the items returned. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you originally paid (minus shipping and handling). Once received please allow 7 business days to process your refund.
